All delivery costs are shown during order process. We operate within zone 1 for weekly and daily service deliveries. We do cater to businesses outside the 2 mile radius with speciality orders made through our team who can be reached via eat@thekeytofood.com. We aim to get all deliveries to your door as fast as possible from the time it’s prepared.

SATISFACTION GUARENTEE

If your order is made and cancelled within 15 minutes, a refund can be processed and completed between 7-14 working days. If after you've received your food and you are not completely satisfied please email us at eat@thekeytofood.com or fill in our enquires form at the bottom of the homepage and state your order number and the problems you've encountered and we will look into your case. Your feedback is crucial for our ability to provide your refund and improve our service for the future.
